Heidi J. Hicks, 37, of Putnam Pike, Dayville, died unexpectedly Wednesday at her home. She was born January 16, 1973 in Worcester, MA, daughter of Jacqueline and Paul Bann and the late Roger Hicks. Heidi was a CNA working at Haven Health, Villa Maria Nursing Homes and in Home Health Care. She leaves her daughters: Brittany Ann Magnuson and Haeli Linn Lerch both of Dayville; her mother Jacqueline Bann of North Hampton, NH, a sister Tammy Provencal of North Hampton, NH, brother: Shawn Hicks of Monroe, IL, nephews Cody Hicks, Seth Hicks, Zachary Provencal and a niece Alexandra Provencal.
