Ruth Inglis Baskin Swern Clark, 84, of Ballou Street, Putnam, CT, died Sunday April 16, 2006 in Danielson, CT. She was born in Chicago, Ill , daughter of the late Edwin and Gladys (Inglis) Baskin. Ruth was an artist working with Stained Glass. She has made her home in Northeast Connecticut since 1987. She leaves her two daughters: Victoria Scheufler and Carolyn Neumann, grandchildren: Jason Scheufler, Lynn Scheufler, Jonathon Neumann, Justin Neumann, Karen Neumann Briones, a great granddaughter: Lydia Briones. She was predeceased by her first husband Perry Swern in 1963 and her second husband Thomas Clark in 1986, she also was predeceased by a sister Lois Rezner. There will be no public services.
