My thoughts, prayers and condolences to Shelly and the Desjardin family. I am so very sorry to hear of your loss as well as to those that knew him. I have many fond memories of Steve, I enjoyed the many great times that we had back in our heyday, some 40 years ago. He was always a very genuine, upfront person. Rest in peace Steve. You will be missed. Steve Hegedus

To the entire Desjardin family. My deepest sympathy to you all in your loss of such a great guy. I have lots of fond memories of Steve during our single days in the early to mid 80's, especially when he and the crew would take road trips to visit me at CCSU. He had a great sense of humor and was always grounded. You could tell back then that he had the makings to become a good husband and dad, which is exactly what he did when he met Shelly. Rest in peace old friend, you've left us too soon.

Met him at one of the reunions. We talked quite a while, seemed to be a nice person. He would be my second cousin.

To all of the Desjardin families. My deepest sympathies to all of you. Steven was also in my graduating class 1980. I believe there were times we went sledding at the riffle range in the back of the family home. Charlie’s Pond was also back there. Such happy times also playing baseball between our house and I believe the other Desjardin house. We lived on the corner of cross street. (Barrettes, Deb,Wayne,Bruce, and Denise) it was a great neighborhood to grow up in. Steven will not be forgotten.
