Obituary of Claire R. LeBeau

Woodstock CT - Claire R. LeBeau, 91, of 172 Peake Brook Rd. Woodstock, CT, died unexpectedly on Sunday, June 29, 2025 at Day Kimball Hospital. Claire was born in Putnam on March 14, 1934, daughter of late Albert and Aurora Morrel. 

Claire was employed by several local businesses. She participated in a real estate business owned by her and her husband. Claire also had been employed by a T.V. set up company at Day Kimball Hospital.

Claire was predeceased by her beloved first husband Anthony Crescenzo in 1974. Claire was also predeceased by her beloved second husband Armand LeBeau in 2007. Claire loved dancing, crocheting, bowling and going out to eat with her long-time friends Connie Maynard, Charlotte Trahan, Prudy Marchesault, Yvette Beaudrault and her long-time hairdresser Lorna Jean Caprio.

Claire leaves her nephew David Morrell and his wife Susan and their children Tiffany and Stephany. Her niece Deborah and husband Jack. Her niece Christine and husband William and their children Joseph and Michael. Her nephew John Paul and niece Michelle.

A Calling hour will be at Smith and Walker Funeral Home,148 Grove St. Putnam, CT, on Thursday, July 10, 2025 from 9:30 to 10:30 am, Followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM at Most Holy Trinity Church, Pomfret, CT, burial to in St. Mary Cemetery, Putnam CT. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Westview Nursing Home, Recreation Department PO Box 428, Dayville CT, 06241.
