George and Sandi were long time friends to my husband and me when we lived in Ellsworth. My husband knew George from the Glass plant many years ago. My husband and George had a long friendship with many stories to tell about their experiences in the woods in N.H. The things that those could get into just like little kids. We often visited George and Sandi at their store in Pike and they were our Sunday dinner visitors on their evenings off. George loved to talk about and reminisced about the goings on or the people at "the plant". He neve lacked for conversations or lack for words. George was indeed the fish whisperer. When we moved back to civilization, they would come visit and George always brought us a cooler full of NH Rainbow Trout. George was always there to help anyone when needed and expected nothing in return. Anyone who knew George should consider themselves lucky to have had him in their lives. As said "It Takes a Long Time to Grow Old Friends". George you and Ray can now remember the old days up in your new home just talking and laughing away about your old days. I miss you my friend and am glad to have had you in my list of great friends. Georgette
