Obituary of Violet Duff

Violet Duff, 95 of Danielson died Sunday, July 27, 2025 at Westview Nursing Home in Dayville. She was born July 22, 1930 in Warren, RI, daughter of the late Frederick and Lucy (Aquilla) Perrotta.

Violet was a devout Catholic. She worked as a Presser for a Dry-Cleaning Co. She loved her Disney movies and loved to make people laugh. She was a very family-oriented women. Violet was a lover of animals and was a very kind hearted woman.

She leaves her sister Florence Martel of Dudley, MA and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son Guy Duff and sister Louise Raymond of Webster, MA. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Wounded Warrior Foundation in memory of Violet and her son Guy at support.woundedwarriorproject.org. 

A Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, August 2, 2025 at 10:00 AM at St. Mary Church of the Visitation, 218 Providence Street, Putnam, CT, burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, Putnam, CT. Share a memory at Smithandwalkerfh.com
