Obituary of Frank E. Barrows, Jr.

Frank E. Barrows Jr. passed away peacefully on November 18, 2025. He was born on October 19, 1934, in Easton MA to his late father Frank E. Barrows Sr. and Mother Eleanor Harritt (Wilson) Barrows.

Frank resided most of his life in Putnam and Thompson CT where he was a Dairy farmer and Cattle Dealer along side of his late wife Jacqueline I Barrows until their retirement. They relocated to Saint Cloud, FL.  Frank was an active member of the community.  He became the President of the St. Cloud Senior Center, where he also taught Country Line dancing.  After his wife's death, he relocated to Melbourne FL.  He became the President of the Homeowners association in the community he lived in.  Due to his health issues, he came back to Putnam, CT in 2021 until his death.

Frank was preceded in death by his late wife Jacqueline Irene (Ferland) Barrows and son Barry John Barrows, one brother and five sisters.

He leaves behind his children Paulette (Barrows), Sheldon, Keith Barrows and spouse Sandra (Doucette)  Barrows, Pamela (Barrows) Plaza and spouse James Plaza and Constance (Barrows) Doucette and spouse William Doucette. Surviving wife of Barry, Maryann (Wojick) Barrows, two sisters Frances Bourbeau and Lillian Holcomb and brother Robert Barrows. 13 Grandchildren, 16 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Grandchild. As well as many nieces and nephews.
