Sgueglia, Patricia Jaworski - of 65 Constance Leigh Dr, Newington went to her final rest February 25, 2025, passing away with her husband, Robert, by her side.She was born on June 18, 1952 in Providence, R.I. to Mieczyslaw “Nick” Jaworski and Angelina M Varavallo.She lived and went to school in Putnam, CT where she was active on the cheer squad and was involved in various activities. Always a kind word and a smile, “Chatty Patty” also will be remembered for conversing while in class.She graduated and moved to Hartford to attend a cosmetology school. She thrived as a beautician and hairdresser for forty years. It was in the early 1970’s that she met her husband, Robert Gericke Sgueglia, of Orange, CT. After a long courtship, they were married in 1986.Always the consummate homemaker and hostess, many individuals were invited to her table when they had nowhere to go. She is buried in Saint Mary’s Cemetery in Putnam alongside her beloved father. A memorial mass will be held February 08, 2026 at St Elizabeth Seton parish, 280 Brook Street, Rocky Hill at 9:00 AM sharp. This is a smaller church so an 8:30ish Arrival is recommended.
