My sincere condolences to the family and friends of Maria. I have many wonderful memories of time spent with her especially when she lived on Chapin Street in Southbridge where she and Sam hosted many weekly Bible Studies. She lived a life devoted to her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ and was a perfect example of a Godly woman. She had a tremendous influence on my becoming a Christian by the loving and kind manner she lived her every day life. She always welcomed me to her home with her warm smile and her opened heart. She possessed such humility that I doubt that she saw what a mentor she was to me and to many others. She was God’s gift to me and I will love and treasure her always for how greatly she influenced my life. She will be very missed by all who knew her but we take comfort in knowing that she is with her Lord and Savior reaping her many rewards and hearing Him say “Well done, good and faithful servant”. Rest in peace, our precious Maria.
