Obituary of Michael G. Espinosa

Michael G. Espinosa, 51 of South Main Street, Brooklyn, died Friday May 29, 2009 at the Day Kimball Hospital in Putnam. He was born May 9, 1958 in Putnam, son of Irene (Boucher) Espinosa and the late George Espinosa. He made his home in Brooklyn all his life. He was a painting contractor. At one time he was very active with his brother Bobby with sulky racing, a former member of the Sulky Racing Association. They raced in Maine, New Hampshire, New York, Pennsylvania, and at the annual Brooklyn Fair. He enjoyed camping and was an avid Boston Red Sox fan. He leaves in addition to his mother Irene of Brooklyn, two sisters: Sandra Simmons and her husband Bruce of Brooklyn and Dale Larson and her husband William of Brooklyn, three nephews, two nieces, four great nephews, three great nieces, an uncle William Espinosa and numerous cousins. He was predeceased by his father George and his brother Robert, both in 1995. A grave side service will be Friday June 5, 2009 at 11:00AM at Holy Cross Cemetery in Danielson.
