Dear Phyllis and family, We are so saddened to hear that John has gone to our Heavenly Father. We don't ever remember seeing John without a smile on his face. At times like these we think about the past and we have lots of wonderful memories with you and John. From cookouts in your back yard to our fantistic trip to Niagara Falls with the "little stove"and "porkchop toast"! Together you did a super job raising your sons who added daughters in law and grandkids to your already awsome family. Pleas contact us when you can. You are in our hearts and prayers. John will be very missed.

I feel as though I owe you the worlds biggest thank you. How does one thank another for providing them with the basic needs to grow up and build a life? It's not even possible. YOU dad are the best example of hero there could ever be. The world could learn a lesson by the example of your life and what it mean to so many. I love you dad, rest easy.

Phyllis and family:
While I haven't know John for very long, I have known Phyllis for a long time throughout our encounters in the medical field and now with working with her at NECCA, P.C. He was always ready do anything for anyone. I loved to tease him when he came in to visit Phyllis. He was a very brave and never gave up. A true fighter. The day after his sky diving was truly something he enjoyed and loved to talk about. My deepest sympathies to you Phyllis and your entire family. May the precious memories that all of you shared together help you through this most difficult time of sorrow.
Love Maria and family
