Mrs. Kaczor, Kirk, Kris, and Karla: We are really sorry about the passing of your husband and dad. Your dad enlightened me (unbeknownst to him) in a number or ways. Years ago, when I was in town staying upstairs at the house on Morin Ave, I woke up and needed to go for a run. So, I asked kirk, "what route does your dad run"? So I took it, and of course I ran into construction, had to run off road, and ended up twisting my ankle. I also liked your dad's "hands off approach" and "let your actions speak for themselves". Your father was known throughout town for supporting a family with 3 children and putting them through college while working at "Roger's Corporation". I can barely afford to put my 9 month old son through day care....seriously! He was also obviously known throughout town as "the guy who runs". I learned by talking to Kirk that he went a year without missing a day of running. I ran for 18 years and I have immense respect for that commitment. Most importantly, Kirk, you are a close friend of mine, even though we live far from each other. Our friendship has grown through the years, and I really feel for your loss. So, finally your father has given Courtney and I awareness for Lewy Body Dementia and we would like to make a small donation toward the Lewy Body Dementia Association in your father's name. It is a small token of our gratitude for his time here, and we appreciate him and the family he brought here. Courtney and Don Costello (New Orleans, LA)
