I worked with Greg during the Dayville Power Plant construction. I was one of the food trucks that brought breakfast and lunch every day. Greg quickly uncovered my love for heavy equipment and cranes in particular. It didn't matter to Greg that I was a woman, he put me in that huge crane anyway. It was one of the greatest thrills of my life. Such a gift, I get goosebumps whenever I remember. Greg was a very kind man who was easy to know. He will be missed.

I met Greg once but I felt like I just met a very spiritual person. He was looking for parts for a Salt Flats racer. I hope he has found the peace in death that he seemed to have in life. God speed Greg.

Gregg Nichols was such an important part of my children's lives, passing along to them his wisdom and knowledge. The freindship we share will be deeply missed as will all our conversations. He was always willing to lend an ear and shared his thoughts and words of wisdom that I will carry with me forever. When he spoke of his wife Sue it was always with love, compassion, and respect. His love for his wife, son, and granddaughter as well as his love for life was aalways apparent. To have his freindship was to have something special. He will be missed by many. My thoughts and prayers go out to Sue, Gregg Jr. and Savanna. May God bless you and help you thought this difficult time.

My sincere sympathies go out
to Sue Nichols and my son
Greg.
Greg was a wonderful dad to
our son Greg. He was always
welcome in our home. We
always remained friends. Greg
was truly a spiritual person.
He lived his life from the
inside out. Not the outside
in. He was not interested
in material possessions. He
never got caught up in
the rat race that stresses
out most people today. He
didn't need the newest
car,the fanciest attire or
the latest in tech toys.
Greg wasn't a drinker or
smoker...he didn't need
that to calm his nerves. He
was self contained. He held
the knowledge to the quest
of being peaceful and
comfortable within ones
self. Greg was truly a
unique person. He was
generous of spirit, always
found humor in the most
frustrating of circumstances.
He always wore his love of
life right where everyone
could see it. A big warm
smile and a very contagious
laugh that made you laugh
with him. Greg reached many
people in his life and
they all had the same thing
to say about him ...He was an
awesome guy! I am so happy
that he found Sue. He was so
happy with her. God Bless
You, Greg. You will never be
forgotten.
