Obituary of Beatrice Witalec

Beatrice Witalec, 86, of Danielson, CT died peacefully at home surrounded by her family on May 16th 2010. She was born in Brooklyn, CT on December 28th 1923, daughter of the late Anselme and Roseanna Bernier. She leaves her devoted husband of 56 years Stanley Witalec. They were married on October 2nd 1954 in St. James Church.

Combining her love of helping others she also spent her time Knitting. She is survived by her many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by three brothers and two sisters: Leopold Bernier, Leonard Bernier, Roland Bernier, Blanche (Smurra) Cabana, and Lillian (Emond) Hall.

A calling hour will be Wednesday May 19th 2010 at 9:30 to 10:30 AM at Gagnon and Costello Funeral Home, 33 Reynolds Street, Danielson, CT, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM in St. James Church, 12 Franklin Street, Danielson, CT.
