Dayville-Rosella G. Ledogar, 78, of Breakneck Hill Road, Dayville, died Monday, October 25, 2010 at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center in Worcester. She was born April 10, 1932 in Danielson, daughter of Rosario and Delvina (Gingras) Dauphinais. She was married July 7, 1951 to Edwin R. Ledogar at St. James Church. She devoted her life to the raising and care of her family. She was the sunshine of our lives. She retired in 1987 from Danielson Curtain. She leaves her husband Edwin R. Ledogar, her daughters; Diane Welz and her husband Bill of Brooklyn, Sheryl Higgins and her husband Joseph of Brooklyn, Robin Baker and her husband Richard of Brooklyn, her sons; Edwin Ledogar and his wife Carolyn of Brooklyn, Michael Ledogar of Brooklyn, her sister Pauline Bissonette of Moosup, her grandchildren; Joseph, Jonathan, Edwin, Halley, Kristin, Rebecca, William, Daniel, Chelsi, Stephanie, Richard, Michael, her great grandchildren; Jonah, Jackson, Lilah Rose. She also leaves many nieces and nephews and a brother in-law and two sisters- in-law. She was predeceased by her parents and two brothers Leo and Robert. Anyone who had the privilege to know Rosella, knew she was always full of joy and brought out laughter and a spark to anyone she came in contact with. Her love for life and family was unconditional, and she had her way of making each person feel special. In order to allow her spirit to live on eternally, we must live life in her image. If everyone were to live life even a fraction of the way she did, the world will truly be a better a place. Whether you called her Rosella, Rosie, Rose, Moo, Gringi, or Ma she was always there with a smile. Funeral Friday, October 29, 2010 at 9:15 AM from the Gagnon and Costello Funeral Home, 33 Reynolds Street, Danielson, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in St. James Church, 12 Franklin Street, Danielson. Calling hours Thursday from 6:00 to 9:00 PM. Burial in Holy Cross Cemetery, Danielson.
