Obituary of Carol A. Witkowski

DANIELSON - Carol Ann Witkowski, formerly of Putnam died Sunday, August 28, 2011 at UMASS Memorial Hospital, University Campus, Worcester, MA. Carol was born on July 5, 1948 in Putnam, daughter of the late Paul and Pauline Witkowski. She made her home in Putnam for many years. Prior to her death, she resided at Regency Heights in Danielson. She was a graduate of Putnam Catholic Academy, a communicant of St. Mary Church of the Visitation. She worked as an office clerk for Beldings for many years. She enjoyed arts and crafts, painting, watercolor and oil. She leaves her sister Theresa Trainor and her husband James Trainor Sr. of Worcester, several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and sister-in-law. Carol Witkowski was predeceased by a brother Stanley Witkowski and a nephew Joseph Trainor. Calling hours Saturday, September 3, 2011, 9:30 to 10:30 AM at Smith and Walker Funeral Home, 148 Grove St., Putnam, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM, at St. Mary Church of the Visitation, 218 Providence Street, Putnam.
