Obituary of Frank R. Coon

Frank Charles Coon, 69, of 12 Philips Street, Putnam, died Thursday, July 4, 2013. Mr. Coon was born in New London, CT on July 4, 1944. He is survived by his only daughter Tarleen M. (Coon) Russell; step-daughters Rebecca Ann Russell; Tammy Ann Russell and many grandchildren. Frank also leaves his two brothers: Charles D. Coon of Uncasville, CT; George W. Coon of New Britain, CT; his sister Dawn F Steele of Berlin, CT, and many nieces and nephews. Frank was a retired painter for many years. His favorite color was Green and he was a loving man.
