Ethel was had a wonderful spirit and was warm and welcoming to me and my family at the Abington Congregational Church. Over the years, I got to know Ethel through many church and community functions, and we had built a nice friendship. There was something about Ethel that made me want to give her a hug every time that I saw her! She was compassionate, honest, hardworking, and a great listener. Her strength, devotion, perseverance, and determination, along with the fact that she didn't complain never ceased to amaze me. Her faith was something that I so admired. I will truly miss the great conversations we have had over the years and her warm smile when I greeted her. She has done so much for the community and the church over the years and for that she will be long remembered. She will be missed but never forgotten. God Bless you all.
