I will always remember Helen as a very kind and heartwarming women. Always took the time to chat as she took her afternoon strolls with a cane up East Franklin Street. My husband Jim so enjoyed talking with her. Such a beautiful lady, she will be sadly missed on East Franklin! My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.
