Obituary of Chelsea M. Chenard

Chelsea M. Chenard June 16, 1990 - September 5, 2015 New Britain – Chelsea M. Chenard, 25, formerly of Killingly, went into the arms of her Savior, Saturday, September 5, 2015, surrounded by her family and staff at the hospital for special care in New Britain CT where she has made been made comfortable for that her last days. Chelsea has for many years fought a courageous battle requiring many hospitalizations. Her strength and resolve were unwavering in the sight of insurmountable odds. She had a great love of friends and life itself; especially music and video games. She attended Killingly Public Schools and was a communicate of St. James Church. She is survived by her parents Irene Chenard of Brooklyn and Richard Chenard of Dayville, brother Joseph Chenard of Brooklyn, grandmother Mildred Woodmancy of Virginia, as well as uncles, aunts and many cousins. She is predeceased by two uncles Michael R. Chenard and Robert Gonyer, also grandparents Marcel and Rita Chenard and grandfather Charles Woodmancy. She will be missed by all. A Graveside Service will be Friday, September 11, 2015 at 10:00 AM at Holy Cross Cemetery, Danielson, CT. Arrangements by Gagnon Costello Funeral Home, 33 Reynolds St., Danielson, CT.
