Obituary of Keith H. Gingras

Keith H. Gingras, 59 of Danielson died unexpectedly Sunday, November 8, 2015 in Pomfret. Son of the late Robert Gingras, who died in 2006 and Marlene (Clark) Gingras, who died October 20, 2015, he was born December 26, 1955 in Putnam, CT. He was an avid hiker, who enjoyed the outdoors and clamming in the summers. Keith loved to visit the National Parks, he was a Patriots fan and a Killingly Redmen Football fan. He enjoyed Airshows. Keith attended St. James School, Brooklyn School and Killingly High School. He was a Custodian for the Killingly School System for over 30 years. He enjoyed the History of Brooklyn and Killingly and Classic Rock. He leaves his sister Colleen Ducat and her husband Timothy of Thompson, nephews Patrick Ducat and his wife Caitlin and their children Cole and Zoe of Griswold, Jeremy and Eythan Ducat both of Thompson, a close friend of 45 years John Szimanouskas of North Carolina. He was predeceased by a cousin Doreen Salemma, who died in 1976. Calling hours will be Monday, November 16, 2015 from 9:30 to 11:00 AM at Gagnon and Costello Funeral Home, 33 Reynolds St. Danielson, CT, Funeral Service at 11:00 AM at the Funeral Home, burial to follow in Westfield Cemetery, Danielson.
