Obituary of Karen Dawn Bucher

Karen Dawn Bucher, 54, of Danielson formerly of Fort Lauderdale, FL, died Wednesday, December 2, 2015 at UMASS Memorial Medical Center in Worcester, MA. She was born October 20, 1961 in Bellevue, PA, beloved daughter of Joan (Schrepfer) Bucher and the late Richey Bucher. She was a Killingly High School graduate. Karen was a Waitress and Bartender at various restaurants. She loved to travel, was a Pittsburgh Steelers fan. Karen loved animals and had a very big heart, very caring and generous person. She leaves her mother Joan of Danielson, brothers, Richey Bucher and his wife Maureen of Danielson, Michael Bucher and his wife Tammy of Thompson, nephews, Robert DesRoches, Joseph Bucher and Timothy Bucher, nieces Samantha Charette and Michelle Bucher, her dearest friend Bill Colbert, aunts Babe Barkley, Nancy Stevens, Joanne Lisk and her cat Dweezel. Calling hours will be Monday, December 7, 2015 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at the Gagnon and Costello Funeral Home, 33 Reynolds Street, Danielson, CT.
