I worked with Kevin at ECSU for 15 years. Six years ago, I had an idea for a video competition and I knew Kevin had an interest in the subject. So, I asked him if I could borrow his light kit to make this commercial. He said, "No I can't let you do that, but if you tell me where and when, I'll show up and run them for you." And rather than loan them, he dropped everything to come help and be my lighting guy for a weekend of shooting. During production, he contributed more than just his expertise with lighting. Since then, we'd worked on other projects together, but in recent years, he'd come around to borrow a camera and I'd ask if he had a project going, and he'd say, "No, just filming my grand kids."
At his funeral today, it was said that he was technically adept, very creative, always willing to help someone, and a devoted family man, all of which was clear to me in the little time I knew him. He will be missed.

I'am so sorry to hear about Kevin's passing. Although I haven't been in contact with him in sometime, he was one of the funniest guys I knew. I'll never forget the laughs we would share when we were younger. His memories will always be with me. I hope that the love of family and friends will comfort you in the days ahead.

Kevin was a dear soul and spirit who managed to address technical issues with great skill while also providing support to the people using the devices.
I knew him from working at Eastern. He was an unassuming, vital part of the team. So sorry to hear of his passing. Sincere support to his family and loved ones. He will be missed and remembered.

Kevin was a wonderful person. He was always there to lend a helping hand. I enjoyed the talks we had regarding the political issues in the news and also on the campus of ECSU. He helped me with my computer issues and was just a great friend.
I will miss Kevin, much too young to go but heaven just got another angel.
I feel truly blessed to have known him.
My most sincere condolences to the Moyer family.

Kevin was a wonderful man and I will miss him dearly. He not only worked on my computer at work but came to our home to work on our computer there as well. He was so kind and always spoke about his grandchildren with so much love. Heartfelt prayers to all of you.
