Obituary of Stella A. Campbell

Stella A. Campbell, 77, of Thompson, died September 10, 2016 after a brief battle with Lung Cancer at Umass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester, MA. Beloved wife of the late Charles Campbell, he died June 21, 2015. She was born April 2, 1939 in Putnam, daughter of the late Jeannette (Lacasse) and Ferdinand Parent. She worked as an Office Assistant for Windham Container and Waters Brothers Oil Co. Stella enjoyed her retirement at her home on the lake. She enjoyed time spent with family and friends. She leaves her son Thomas Campbell and his wife Donna of Thompson, CT: grandchildren, Allyson Vandi, Lauren Ramos, Michaella Vandi: sisters Monica Gonet and her husband Charles of Pinehurst, NC: Lucille Bernier and her husband Robert of Brooklyn, CT, many nieces and nephews and her beloved dog “Buddy”. At Stella's request there will be no services or calling hours. Donations may be made in her memory to Hospice of NE CT, PO Box 632, Putnam, CT 06260.
