Cliff was a wonderful person and friend. He will be missed by so many people at Seely Brown Village. He always had an interesting story to tell and amazed so many of us by his ability to walk so erect, drive his car, and do so many difficult tasks at his advanced age. Even last winter, at age 98, he shoveled out his car to go to his volunteer job at Day Kimball Hospital. When we feel we ourselves have difficult tasks to do, we need only remember Cliff and his ever inspiring strength and determination!

Please allow me to offer my condolences to the, Buttermark family, with these comforting words: "With that I heard a loud voice from the throne say: “Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his peoples. And God himself will be with them. And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” And the One seated on the throne said: “Look! I am making all things new.” Also, he says: “Write, for these words are faithful and true.” - Rev. 21:3-5. This is the hope of the resurrection. I am very sorry for your loss. May God's Word comfort you and your family. Sincerely, Meryl, jw.org
