Obituary of Phillip J. Arcand

Phillip J. Arcand, 64, of Putnam, died November 8, 2016 in Worcester, MA. He was born on March 4, 1952 in Coventry, RI, son of Jean (Breig) Arcand and the late Normand Arcand. Phillip was a past member of the First Congregational Church of Woodstock and lived in the tristate area his whole life. He made his home in Putnam for the last 29 years. He was a truck driver for M & M Trucking. He enjoyed motorcycles and owned a 2011 Triumph Bonneville. Phillip was an avid Red Sox and Pats Fan. He was known for his great sense of humor and was the Champion of the 2001 Regional Truck Driving Rodeo. He leaves his children Rachael Arcand Martel and her husband Jeffrey of Putnam, Samuel Arcand of San Diego, CA, their mother Janet (Beilby) Arcand, his mother Jean Arcand of FL, his brothers Jon Arcand of FL and Norman Arcand and his wife Margo of FL, also several nieces, nephews and many close friends.
