I just found out about Frank's passing today and I'm very sorry for your loss and sorry I missed the viewing at Walker. I worked with Frank from 1988 until he retired from he P&W railroad. I think Frank was a good man, hard worker and was very level headed. He taught me many things about railroading and I had a great deal of respect for him.
