Obituary of Paul F. Szostakowski

~~Paul F. Szostakowski, 65, of South Woodstock, CT passed away on Saturday, May 27, 2017. He was the husband of Barbara (Pedersen) Szostakowski who he loved dearly, they were married for thirty years. She died in 2015. He was born in Webster, MA on January 9, 1952, son of Annette (Dansereau) Szostakowski and the late Michael Szostakowski.
Paul worked at Line Master Switch Corporation for about 30 years. He had a life-long passion for music and was a member of the bluegrass bands “Springwater” and “The New Polish Cowboys”. Music was a part of his entire life and soul. Paul took great pride in being a Pepé. He also had great compassion for animals, especially his dogs “Spats” and “Suki”. Paul had a charming sense of humor and had many friends who cared for him. Paul especially loved his family.
He leaves his mother, Annette Szostakowski of Webster, his brother Michael Szostakowski and sister-in-law Pam Szostakowski and family of Nahant, MA, his son Justin Szostakowski of Oxford, MA, his daughter Lori Szostakowski and her fiancé Shayne Skeean and two grandchildren Ryan and Reese Skeean of Danielson, CT.
