I am so sorry for your loss. Rachel was a great friend to my Mom, Joan Payne. They enjoyed being neighbors and visiting for hours watching her birds, squirrels, cats or any other wildlife that ventured in the yard. Rachel had a sassy attitude and was sharp as a tack. Her vibrant personality will surely be missed.
