I'm sorry I didn't know Patty had passed, I just read today. Patricia was a great mentor to me as I cooked under her direction at the Maple Glen Inn. Her husband Rick grew up next to my grandparents (gaudreau) in Danielson enhancing the connection I developed with Patty. Continued condolences to the entire family.
