Obituary of Marsha Reed

Putnam, CT - Marsha A. Reed, 66, of Putnam, CT, died Sunday, September 28, 2014 at Day Kimball Hospital in Putnam. The beloved wife of Kevin Reed, they were married in 1985. She was born September 12, 1948 in Worcester, MA, Daughter of the late Marshall and Alice (Donahue) Carter. She was a very talented and creative women. She loved to garden, enjoyed painting and all kinds of crafts. She leaves her husband Kevin, two sons, Michael Morin of Webster, MA, Zachary Reed of Putnam, CT, brothers John Carter and his wife Linda of Dudley, MA, Paul Carter of Oxford, MA, grandchildren, Gage and Rachel Morin, several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be Thursday, October 2, 2014 at 11:00 AM at The Smith and Walker Funeral Home, 148 Grove Street, Putnam, CT. Calling hours will be Wednesday, October 1, 2014 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the Funeral Home.
