Obituary of Russell S. Cook

Russell S. Cook, 90, of Salem Village, Brooklyn, CT, died Wednesday, October 31, 2012 at Regency Heights of Danielson. Beloved husband of the late Lucille Cook, she died in 2000. He was born on May 8, 1922 in Maybrook, NY, son of the late George and Ella (Schoonmaker) Cook. Russell was a Nursery Worker at Vicade's Nursery in Canterbury; he was also a long time member of the Canterbury Lions Club. He leaves a step-son Ronald Weinberg and his wife Lori of Berlin, CT, a brother Frank Cook and Ann of Hudson, NY, four grandchildren Douglas, Mark, Garrett and Heather Weinberg and seven great-grandchildren.
