Obituary of Marie L. Maynard

Marie L. Maynard, 82, formerly of Mohegan St., Putnam, died Wednesday at Haven Health Care in Danielson where she made her home for 8 years. Wife of Arthur B. Maynard, he died in 1959. Born in Thompson, February 9, 1923, daughter of the late Charles A. and Louise (Hessie) Armstrong. She was a lifelong resident of Putnam and a member of the Putnam Congregational Church. She enjoyed crocheting. She leaves daughters: Nancy Downing and husband Michael of Putnam; Judy Yule of Carver, MA; son: Richard Armstrong of Brockton, MA; step-son: James Maynard of Lakeland, FL; brother: Richard Armstrong of Putnam; grandchildren: Lorraine, Angela, Brenda, Michael, Jr., great grandchildren: twins, Jennifer and Jeannine; Shawn; Adam; Caleb.
