Phillip, was a great guy. He would work on his garden every year. Phillip will always be remembered by his loving and caring personality. He would always be careful around the ladies, never yell or swear, and he would be kind to them. I personally remember him by his greatness and his love. He loved everyone. I just wanted to say that he will always be in my heart and my prayers. I Love You Grandpa. Love Tabitha

My condolences to Don, Ron and the rest of the Brown family. I will always remember the time Phil took home a coworker's car to do a tune-up. Unfortunately, he "stoled" the wrong car - I think it was a Mustang.
God bless,

I remember at family gatherings watching Phil and Otis off to one side, one hand in their pockets quietly chewing the fat together. I often thought many of the world's problems were probably being solved during these "down east consultations" and regret that I will not have the ability to hear what their thoughts were. The Browns are a truly wonderful and unique New England family and I am privileged to have become a part of them. God Bless Phil and all the rest of the Brown family.

I have great memories of visiting with Uncle Phil and the family in Westboro on many occasions when I was a kid. Gary would take us down to the brook and we would spend hours fishing and playing in the brook. The most interesting adventure was when we got back and Gary told Aunt Gerri where we were and she was sure that we had gotten into poison ivy so she had us all got into the tub to scrub and get it off so we didn't all break out. We never got it either.
We always enjoyed fresh vegetables from his garden.
He will be greatly missed.
We Love You, Pam Orrell and Family
