Obituary of Linda M. Sarette

Linda M. Sarette, 48, of Mantup Road, Putnam died unexpectedly Wednesday morning at home. She was the wife of Maurice P. Sarette, Sr. She was born in Chaplin, April 24, 1958, daughter of the late Gerard and Lorraine (Vargus) Milhomme. She has made her home in Putnam for the last twenty five years, formerly of Willimantic and Chaplin. She worked at the Staples Distribution Center in Killingly and Putnam. Linda was an avid Red Sox Fan and Minnesota Viking Fan. For several years she and her husband bowled at the Friendly Bowl in Brooklyn. She enjoyed gardening, crocheting, shooting pool and music. She was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She leaves her husband of 25 years Maurice, her children Michelle, Angela, Moe, Jr; her grandchildren Zachary, Zoie, Keith, Jr. her siblings, Nancy, Roger, Robert, Richard, Julie, Edward, and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews .She was predeceased by siblings Jimmy Dianne and Gerard. There will be calling hours Monday from 3:00 to 5:00 pm at the Smith & Walker Funeral Home, 148 Grove Street, Putnam, with a prayer service.
