I just found out that Pete has gone to be with The Lord. It was a pleasure to work with him at the Townsend's Estate and to know him. He was one of the hardest working men I have known.

Bea,
My thoughts are with you at this time. I have so many fond memories of Pete of my own as well as those my brothers and sister spoke of. My most vivid is going to see "the Bad News Bears" with him in New Haven wehn I was 10 or 11. The best story is of my brother Dave knowing Pete was Sant Claus because of his shoes. Steve and I will see you on Tuesday.

Pete must have been one of the first people I knew as a child...memeries of his smiling face, meeting up with he & his companions at Old orchard beach, ME.& many conversations at the Fire station over the years...he will be sadly missed by all that had the pleasure of knowing him.
As President of Williamsville Fire Engine Department association I would like to thank Mrs.Walters for shring him with us & allowing him to do all he did for the fire dept.
with deepest regrets from W.F.E.C
