Paula enjoyed music and loved to travel including Alaska, Hawaii, Canadian Provinces, Europe, Virgin Islands, and the Galapagos Islands. Paula is a descendant of the "Torrey's" who emigrated from England in 1636, to the Massachusetts Colony. While growing up at home she learned to play the piano and accompanied her high school choir, her Church and Sunday School. She was a member of Browncroft Community Church in Rochester and volunteered at the "Family Mission" and the Brighton Memorial Library, and the Putnam Baptist Church. I remember well when all the Migneaults came to stay with us at our Camp at Webster Lake. Al, Martha, Alfred, Paula and the dog, Saddle. We had so much fun, swimming, fishing, card playing, badminton, hut building etc. This was in the 1940ies and life was lovely. We had a ball. Paula was adorable and I remember that her Dad called her "Ticket"! I think of those times often and we were lucky to have had such experiences. Over the years, we have heard bits and pieces of Alfred and Paula's lives and loved hearing about them. Fond memories are cherished by our family.

My thoughts are with Alfred and his family on the passing of my former friend, Paula. Although we have not kept in touch since high school, I remember the good times we spent together at Webster Lake and at the Putnam Baptist Church. I was glad to read that Paula enjoyed a productive and enjoyable life.

My condolences to Paula's family and friends. I graduated with Paula in 1959 and have not seen her since that time. It would appear that this was my loss. Our lives took us to different parts of the country. This happens so frequently amongst friends and relatives. I remember Paula as being one of the most pleasant girls in our class. God bless her.
