Dear Laura and family, I was very sorry to hear about Ethel's passing. She will always have a place in my heart as she was a part of our lives at Saint Philips for a long time. She was a warm and caring woman with a great sense of humor. I will always remember her and Ham, the choir director for their dedication, hard work and friendship. Since I do the music at St Philips now, I dedicated a hymn to her (I use the piano) but I really think of her and Ham everytime I play a hymn. Sorry again for your loss. Jayne Collins

Laura & family, I offer up my sincere condolences on the passing of your Mom. Oh the music in heaven must be beautiful now with your Dad playing his guitar, and your Mom at the piano!

Ethel was a very dear friend to my late mother, Ruth Flagg. They enjoyed many conversations about Putnam's history and their family's genealogies, and Mom would often speak of what a kind hearted person Ethel was! I also have personal remembrances of her involvement with the Aspinock Historical Society back in the 1990's, and will always remember her as someone who truly cared about our local history.

Ethel was an important part of my parents' later years as a wonderful caregiver. We shared many an adventure on Gravel Hill Farm. I send my sincere
