Michael Kenney posted a condolence
She always greeted me with a big, pleasant smile, a big kiss and a squeezing of the cheeks. My continuing picture of her is at holidays - Thanksgiving and Christmas - in a kitchen with an apron on and a wonderful smile on her face. She enjoyed a good time. I'm sure she is in a happier place and with her Val - having a good time. My thoughts, memories, and prayers are with her.

I remember being young and listening to Aunt Betty and Memere Phaneuf on the phone talking in French and laughing about God only knows what. She let me play her organ, even though Uncle Val wasn't happy about it and I also remember outings to Deary Bros. after Sat. night Mass with Aunt Betty and "old" Mem, Estelle Vegiard Phaneuf. They are all in heaven playing cards right now and laughing about God only knows what. She will be missed by all.

Everyone that knew Aunt Betty loved her...her laugh, her smile and her love for all people and animals. Memories I have of her...Jean Nate, Pink lipstick, turtlenecks and pretty cardigans, rice krispie cookies and her love for Uncle Val.
