We are very sorry about your loss. We all worked with Steve on the farm and always had a blast with him talking about cars, music and the South. He was a survivor and had great inner strength. We all respected his work ethic, open talk and ability to get along with all of us! He will be missed and remembered!

Condolences.
Memories from the early 1970s of working with Steve at the chicken coup bring a smile to my face! And Steve loved his car.
Again, sorry to hear of Steve’s passing.

I am very sorry to hear about Steve's transition. I wish Anna, Donald, Andy, & Linda all well. As John Grant mentioned, I also worked with Steve at the Rekola chicken farm. Steve had a very strong sense of pride which I always respected and very exacting musical tastes. He would go out of his way giving rides and being helpful. I have been away from Connecticut for many years now, but I was able to visit with Steve at his house a couple of times on my return. He will be missed! Jeff

I first met Steve at Killingly High School after his family had moved north from South Carolina. We were both in the class of '72. We worked the same job after school at Rekola's chicken farm in Brooklyn. He played electric bass guitar. If I remember correctly, he had a Ibanez bass and a huge Sunn SVT bass amplifier, mucho power.
Our paths took different directions after high school. When I had the occasion to be back in town, and Steve and I ran into each other, he always remained kind and friendly. With Steve's untimely passing my thoughts and prayers are with Steve's family.
Godspeed Steve, You will be missed.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Steve and his family. We lived near
Steve for over 25 years and he always had a friendly hello, a pat for one of the dogs or a helping hand to offer. He will be missed.
