I was sad to learn today of Rich's passing. When I got our holiday card back as undeliverable, I went searching for Rich (and Jane), only to learn of both of their passings. I am very sad.
Rich worked for me at both RCN and OnSite Access. He was a valuable, trusted and dedicated member of our team. He was fun to be around and he loved to teach people the finer points of telecommunications field engineering. I learned a lot from Rich, both in the field and in life. He was a great guy!
My condolences to his entire family. May his memory (and Jane's) be a blessing to you for the rest of your lives.
