Barbara, you remembered me from when I was a little girl, loving your grandfather's fried chicken. Joe always saved a leg for me. Working together at Linemaster, 50-some years later, you still remembered. And you shared with me the secret ingredient in Joe's recipe. Thank you for the after-dinner mint you sent by interoffice to me. (You remembered that, too!) I will never forget you.

Dear Mom,
It's been a month since I received that life changing phone call. I'm still in disbelief and still wait to hear my messenger go off with your Walmart list, now feel angry that you had to go alone without me by your side. I talk to you everyday miss you so much.
Love,
Nancy

My heart aches at losing such a wonderful friend of 62 yrs. Barbara has been part of my life even when the miles kept us apart, I'll treasure the memories of her visiting me in California and Ohio, and the weekly phone calls where we two old gals constantly made plans to be beach bums once again. Barbara, you made out excursion to N.H. a memory I'll treasure forever. Till we meet again Barbara...and we shall.

To Nancy and the family,
My deepest heart-felt sympathy to all. I worked with Barbara and Nancy at Linemaster back in the day and fell in love with her spirit and zest for life. She left an impression on me back then and her passing has left a hole in my heart now. There are many stories I could share and some that should remain between friends. If you knew Barbara then you loved Barbara there is no half way with a personality like hers.
May her spirit soar and her memory remain cherished by all she touched.
Rest in Peace Barbara.
