Obituary of Deborah Ann Mayhew

Deborah Ann Mayhew, 68, of Putnam, CT passed away June 30, 2020 at Day Kimball Hospital in Putnam, CT. Born January 6, 1952 in Putnam, CT, daughter of the late John and Susie (Minichiello) Brisson, Jr.

Deborah was a Communicant of St. Mary Church in Putnam, CT. She was a member of the VFW Auxillary, the Emblem Club of Putnam. She worked as a Hair Dresser and a textile worker. Deborah was an avid baker and enjoyed crafting and could make anything. She was also a fiercely devoted Grandmother.

She leaves her children Brian Mayhew and his wife Kirsten of Pipe Creek, TX, Jonathan Mayhew and his wife Amber of Colchester, CT and Heidi Mendence and her husband Christopher of Somerset, MA; her siblings Linda Therrien and her husband Wayne of Pomfret, CT, Donna Nason of Putnam, CT and John Brisson III and his wife Cheryl of Moosup, CT; her grandchildren Lydia, Xavier, Nora, Ellery, Charlotte and Violet; her great grandchildren Grayson and Gabriel.

She was predeaseced by her siblings William Brisson, Sandra Vassar, James Brisson and Joseph Brisson

A Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, July 7, 2020 at 11:00 AM at St. Mary Church of the Visitation, 218 Providence Street, Putnam, CT. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery Putnam, CT. Share a memory at www.smithandwalkerfh.com
