My deepest condolences to Joe's family. The picture is Joe (Tish) and I (Cookie) that was taken in 2019 in his Bank Street apartment. I lived with Tish in the late 70s thru the 80s. Joe took me to Dayville one summer around 1979 and I had a wonderful time there. I moved from NYC to upstate NY in 1989 but kept in touch throughout the years with Joe. He was a wonderful person and helped so many people. He will be missed by all and may he rest in peace.
