Obituary of Ronald Cloutier
Ronald Cloutier Sr., 77, of Woodstock, CT, formerly of Brooklyn, CT passed away Tuesday, January 19, 2021 in Hartford, CT at the Hartford Hospital. Ronald was born April 4, 1943, in Sterling, CT, son of the late Euclide and Rosa (Morse) Cloutier. He was a lithographer, working at many print shops in CT, including Thames Printing in Norwich. He also served in the U.S. Air Force. He enjoyed sailing with his wife, riding horses, painting, and raising and caring for all kinds of animals including tropical fish and some farm animals. Most of all he loved to spend time with his family. He made his home in Brooklyn for over 40 years.
He was predeceased by his loving and devoted wife Elizabeth (Brouillette) Cloutier in 2008 and his kind and gentle son, Jeffery Cloutier in 2009.
He leaves his loving memories to be cherished by; his children Ronald Cloutier Jr and Renee Rumrill and her husband Kevin all of Woodstock; his sister Rosalie Laliberty of Killingly; his brother Robert Cloutier of Seymour; his granddaughters Stacy Barr of Plainfield and Marissa Rumrill of Webster, MA; and his great grandson Landyn Barr also of Plainfield.
