Mom, I always remember how you saved the baking for when I got home from school. So special and appreciated and welcoming. It was just one way you showed your love. I would get to help bake. My favorite times was when we made hand cut out sugar cookies. You would trace my hand and we’d bake those cookies. I would get to decorate the hands with rings and nail polish frosting. So fun.
