Today’s service for Graham was just perfect. A cemetery deep in the woods and surrounded by trees and hills. Cloudy, misty and chilly. His sister and brother-in-law, friends, neighbor and golfers surrounding him and saying good bye to a most gentle soul. A ministers prayers and speeches of memories of times past. The most meaningful and powerful moment of the service was the full military honors. Two air force soldiers unfolded and refolded the flag with such precision and respect for the soldier and to the family. We thank you Graham and all soldiers past and present for your service and for protecting our way of life and our liberty.
May you Rest In Peace

Worked alongside Graham at SNET engineer dept. for 12 years. With a name like Graham Bell where else other than the telephone company could he work at. He was not your typical loud and rowdy type SNET guy. Much more reserved but always got his point across. Most never new he was a Vietnam veteran, restored a 1966 Chevy II, (only to have it get stolen), had a great friendship with Herb Luce.
Hopefully Graham and Herb are playing 18 and his golden retriever is alongside him.
Rest in peace my friend and the golf league will miss you.

Graham was a great asset to our golf league for years. Any time someone wasn’t well Graham was the guy who got the get well cards going. It was wonderful to have Graham in our league and not to mention getting to play golf and work with Graham Bell at the Telephone Company was really something special.
We will miss him dearly.

I’m so sorry for your loss. Graham and I started at SNET together in April 1977 and worked together in the Datacenter until he transferred to Engineering. A good man.

So sorry to hear of Graham’s passing. Graham, Claire, and I met in 1951, In the first grade at the old Thompson Hill School. I moved away from my home, in Mechanicsville, in 1955. I didn’t see or hear from him until we met at a gathering in 2017. We took a photo together at that 2017 meeting. Last year we learned that Graham was sick and so we sent him a card. He responded with a 5 page letter that he wrote from 2am until 3am. He filled me in with many of the important details of his life. It’s obvious from that letter that I missed out on a lot when I moved away. Graham was quite a guy and from what he told me, he loved working, especially outside, but nevertheless, working! He signed that precious letter... “Love Graham.” I have that letter in front of me as I type this. So, Graham... love back to you! Bill & Claire Bussiere

Dear Gerry and Bill.
So sorry for your loss. Graham was such a great guy. As everyone has said his energy was so Unbelievable. I’d ask him if he could help me with something and he’d have it done the next day. He took great pride in his work, and he loved the outdoors so much, I would always see him out working in the yard whenever I went by the house. He will be missed greatly. Till we meet again Graham.

Dear Gerry and Bill.
So sorry for your loss. We will miss him so much. He was a wonderful cousin, neighbor and true friend. He was always there if we needed help with anything. I'll miss his laughter, smart remarks and his energy. He always amazed me. It would take me weeks to do what he could do in one day! Till we meet again....

Gerry and Bill; Our hearts go out to you and your family during this time. Graham will certainly be missed. He was one heck of a neighbor. Always there when we needed a helping hand and in the 42 years that we have known him there were plenty. Won't be the same when we look across the street.....
