My mother had a difficult time relaxing enough to have a really good time. But she really could with your parents- even just remembering when they were young together. I used to look forward to the times I could see her like that just hanging out with them.
One of the most kind things I remember about Aunt Connie was when she helped me fix a wild perm. She brought me to her hairdresser when my mother was away in Florida and we were staying with you. It made a huge difference for a teenager who couldn't afford it and thought I'd have to live with the mess indefinitely.
She was a bright spirit and really had Memere and Pepere's great sense of fun and humor. I know how hard it is to lose a parent- our earliest frame of reference for who we are, our most stalwart source of support. Keep holding on to precious memories and may you find ways to honor her legacy in your lives.

Greg, Denise & entire family, we have so many wonderful memories of walking over to the house and spending so much time with Connie and Denny, playing cards, watching our sports teams, sharing a meal, and laughing so much. And going shopping with Connie so that she can tell Denny how much money she saved! We miss you both so much, such hard working, good-hearted loving people. You're in heaven together now with Denny razzing you and Connie waiting on Denny and anyone else that was in your home. RIP our beautiful friend, we love u both until we meet again. Jann & Kevin
