Obituary of Stephen K. Bernard

Stephen Kenneth Bernard, 64 of Putnam, passed away at home, November 20, 2021. He was born July 27, 1957 in Boston, Massachusetts, son of the late Robert C. and Laura (Tabor) Bernard. He was the beloved husband of Rita (LaPointe) Bernard for 38 years.
He was a resident for Putnam for over 30 years. He grew up in Southborough, MA. Stephen worked at the Mansion at Bald Hill. Stephen was a kind man who always placed the needs of others before himself. He loved spending time  with and laughing with family and friends. He loved the ocean and vacationing in Maine.  Stephen had many pets cats and dogs and loved them all.

He leaves his wife Rita, his sisters Christine, Elaine and brother Bobby, brothers-in-law Norval King, Ron Cambier and nieces Ashley and Lauren. He also leaves his extended family and in-laws including 2 nieces, 5 nephews, 3 great nieces and 3 great nephews.
He was predeceased by his parents and his mother and father-in-law Robert and Ruth LaPointe and his brother-in-law Richard LaPointe. Share a memory at Smithandwalkerfh.com
