Sorry to hear of Chad’s passing. I will share a memory or two from WA...I am a year older and remember him at Freshman orientation; his name tag read “Chud”, we laughed about that for years, he lit up the room, funny kid with good looks and a big smile. He was a heck of a great skier, fast and fearless. RIP Chud, keep skiing!

When I was a very young teacher at the Academy, Chad was one of my first students. Even though many years have passed, I still remember how sad I was when I first learned of his accident. I am glad he is finally at peace, and I will keep his family in my prayers.

Cathy, Doug and Eric,
I remember Chad in my fifth grade class. He was cute, sweet and a little jokester. It has been a long journey for Chad and your family, but he is now at peace. You are in my thoughts and my prayers. Rest In Peace, Chad.

Chad and my daughter Amy were born 31/2 months apart. They were playmates and I loved to hear them laugh, as children do, when I visited Cathy. Chad was a beautiful boy with those cornflower blue eyes so like Cathy’s. May you run free now! Say hello to Amy for me and share some laughs.

I did not know Chad personally but my heart goes out to your entire family. Cathy, I bowled with you, Doug, Gordie, Glen and Betty at Friendly bowl, so long ago. Again, my condolences- he is now at peace and happy and healthy again with all that have gone before him and with our Lord. Keep your memories close to heal your heart. In friendship…Donna
